UJOSS is a democratic union in which members have a strong voice in the union’s activities. Members have several diverse ways to get involved.

UJOSS ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE/ ORGANOGRAM

The current Executive Committee of UJOSS was elected on May 28^th. 2021.

The process was observed  by South Sudan Workers Trade Union Federation, United Nations Mission in South Sudan, Association for Media Development in South Sudan (AMDISS) and South Sudan Media Authority.

The observers say the elections were free and fair and there have been no dispute or breakaway factions that emerged after the elections.
